VIETNAMRIDER® Guided Tours Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VIETNAMRIDER®. By booking a motorcycle tour, motorcycle rental, or related services through vietnamrider.vn, you agree to the following Guided Tours Terms & Conditions.
Reservations and Payments
Reservations under USD 200 require full payment at the time of booking.
For bookings of USD 200 or more, a 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled pick-up or tour departure date.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the reservation and applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellations and Refunds
- More than 45 days before departure: Full refund.
- 31–44 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
- Within 30 days of departure or no-show: No refund.
Any approved refund may be issued as store credit valid for one year from the original issue date.
Changes made within 30 days of departure may be subject to an administrative fee.
Tour Cancellation by VIETNAMRIDER®
Although rare, VIETNAMRIDER® reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to insufficient participation, weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, customers will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer to another tour or travel date.
VIETNAMRIDER® is not responsible for additional expenses, including flights, accommodation, or other third-party bookings. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
Rider Requirements
To rent a motorcycle or participate in a guided motorcycle tour, riders must:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Hold a valid motorcycle license.
- Have previous motorcycle riding experience.
- Present a valid passport and acceptable identification.
- Provide a valid credit card when required.
VIETNAMRIDER® reserves the right to refuse participation if safety requirements are not met.
Tour Guides and Group Riding
Our guides are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience. Participants are expected to follow the guide’s instructions and local traffic regulations at all times.
VIETNAMRIDER® reserves the right to terminate a tour or recover a rental motorcycle if a participant acts irresponsibly, violates traffic laws, or creates unsafe conditions for the group.
Changes to Itineraries
Tour itineraries, accommodations, restaurants, and routes may occasionally change due to weather conditions, road closures, local events, or operational requirements.
VIETNAMRIDER® will always strive to provide suitable alternatives of similar quality.
Weather Conditions
Motorcycle touring is an outdoor activity and weather conditions may vary. Tours operate in rain or shine unless conditions are considered unsafe.
No refunds will be provided due to unfavorable weather.
Insurance
Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase adequate:
- Travel insurance;
- Medical insurance;
- Accident insurance;
- Trip cancellation insurance.
Any optional damage waiver or liability coverage offered by VIETNAMRIDER® does not cover damage resulting from negligence, illegal activities, or riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
In the event of an accident, a police report may be required.
Baggage and Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
VIETNAMRIDER® is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or delays involving luggage or personal items. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Additional luggage may be stored at designated locations during tours; however, storage is at the owner’s risk.
Helmets and Safety Equipment
Approved helmets are included with motorcycle rentals and guided tours. Riders are welcome to bring their own helmets for maximum comfort and familiarity.
Fuel and Maintenance
For guided tours, fuel and basic motorcycle maintenance are included unless otherwise stated.
For self-guided rentals, fuel expenses are the responsibility of the renter.
Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a Liability Waiver and Tour Agreement before departure.
Participation may be denied if the required documents are not completed.
Force Majeure
VIETNAMRIDER® shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, epidemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
