Changes to your booking are possible if you notify us in advance; however, the possibilities are as follows:
Change your tour: Depending on the availability of guides, you may change your tour. Your original tour deposit is non-refundable. You pay the Vietnam Motorcycle Tours one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount due for the new tour in cash (s).
Request specific sights: It is possible to travel from your starting point to your destination by requesting specific sightings. Please discuss your preferences with your Vietnam Motorcycle Tours representative at the start of your tour.
Change the start date: free of charge, depending on the availability of guides.
Add a person to your booking: This is possible depending on the availability of guides. Please book again, just for this extra person, and indicate in the booking’s comments section that you are traveling together. Mentioning your initial booking order number in the ‘Remarks’ section of the booking form is greatly appreciated.
