Can I drive the bike myself? Yes, it’s possible to ride the motorcycle yourself if the following conditions are met:
- You are in possession of a valid International Driving Permit. If you’re driving a motorbike without the proper license, this can affect the validity of your (travel) insurance and is at the driver’s own risk.
- You are a part of at least two people; on every tour, at least one person sits behind a driver.
- Self-drivers will ride behind the guide, following him. In the case of bigger parties, another guide will close the column. Vietnam Motorcycle Tours will make sure to get you a well-maintained motorbike and protective gear.
Can I drive the bike myself?
Gasoline & road fee are included in the rate. The rate for sitting on the back or driving your own motorcycle is the same.
On every tour, at least one person will sit behind a driver of Vietnam Motorcycle Tours, but you can switch drivers during the tour if you would like to share self-driving among yourselves.
