Use your order # to communicate with us about your booking and forget about the booking #.

After you book a tour with us, your order will be automatically confirmed – both on screen after you complete the deposit payment and via an automatically generated email minutes later. You will see an order number (order #) on those confirmations. This is the reference number for your booking if you contact us to change or cancel it.
However, your confirmation may also include a booking number (booking #) that differs from your order number. This number is associated with the tour(s) you booked. You can book multiple tours in one order – for example, if you want to do a day tour between Hue and Hoi An and then explore the Mekong Delta – which is why we use different numbers for orders and bookings.
