Yes. Since the end of April 2020, most trades and services in Vietnam have reopened. Flights, public transportation, inter-provincial transportation, hotels, monuments, tourist attractions, and government offices have all reopened with enhanced security measures.
However, in a number of major Vietnamese cities, including Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, festivals and religious events, sports events, large gatherings, and non-essential businesses such as karaoke bars, clubs, and massage parlors, have been suspended.
